Founded in 2024 by H.T.K. Shandilya, our firm was built on a solid foundation of 25+ years of individual professional excellence. H.T.K. Shandilya began his journey in 1999 with a simple but powerful belief — that every family deserves a home that reflects their story, culture, and aspirations.
Over the past two and a half decades, our lead team has grown from a boutique design studio into the force behind HTK Shandilya, one of Gurgaon's most trusted architecture and infrastructure companies, having delivered 500+ residential and commercial projects across Delhi NCR.
Our philosophy is rooted in the seamless integration of Vastu Shastra — the ancient Indian science of spatial balance — with contemporary design aesthetics. We believe a beautiful home and a harmonious home are not mutually exclusive.
